If you are Selling or Buying a business, you will want to pay the correct amount for the stock, as part of your purchase. We can act for The Buyer; The Seller or both & Our objective is to deliver an accurate & fair valuation to be agreed by both parties. If jointly engaged, the transaction fee is shared equally between you.
Business Transfer Valuations should take place on the day of completion or on a day agreed by both parties, so early booking is vital for us to meet your requirements.
